Legal procedures

We proceed before German and French speaking jurisdictions in Switzerland

Arbitration: Submission, by covenant between parties, of a Dispute present or future to an Arbitration Panel competent to decide it through a binding Award eligible of worldwide enforcement.

Mediation:

Collaborative Dispute resolution method through which parties, assisted by a Mediator, explore possible solutions under wide consideration of their interests.

We practice Arbitration and Mediation, adviseable namely in international business relations, from the integration of Clauses into the agreements (e.g. Distribution, License, Joint Venture, Sub-contracting) through the conduct of the procedures (under e.g. WIPO or SWISS RULES) in French, German and English.
